Not until I see a significant shift in 1 of 2 things:

- Health Goals – If you change your health goals significantly. For example, changing your goal from losing fat to building a bunch of muscle.
Life Without a Gallbladder:
The gallbladder is in charge of regulating the amount and concentration of bile released into the digestive system…
Without it, you cannot absorb fats properly.
Instead of switching to a low-fat diet, I recommend you aggressively assist the body with fat digestion via proper supplementation

How to Get Your Loved Ones Healthy:
Remember, not everyone is in the same headspace that you are in and not everyone is at the same point in life that you are in!
Everyone grows and learns at their own speed.
If two individuals are debating a topic and their “end goals” are not aligned… facts don’t matter! No amount of irrefutable facts can change the other person’s mind. Always remember that!
Use fasting and intense glycolytic activity to make your muscle cells more insulin sensitive which will preferentially shuttle glucose into muscle cells instead of fat cells!
Examples of glycolytic workouts:

- Examples: Squats, Push Ups, Pull Ups, Burpees, Jumping Squats
