Steph is an international speaker. She holds a Bachelor’s in Biology and Human Physiology and was a teacher for 12 years.     “Try harder”…I love that Steph touched on this because that’s exactly what I was told by my doctor when I tried to discuss my weight gain with her! I’m thankful every day that I met Justin & the Clovis Culture Tribe because there was SO much more to what was going on with me…and it wasn’t about trying harder in regards to exercise. I definitely walked out that day feeling powerless…and remained in that state of mind until I found Clovis! Thank you for taking the time to share with us Steph! “Diet Cycling” vs “Nutrition for my Body”…I LOVE that concept!
